Integrated analysis of spatially resolved multi-omics data across the pig testicular developmental timeline.
We selected 13 developmental time points spanning fetal stages to reproductive ageing stages for atlas construction: fetal stages (F60 and F90), neonatal stage (3d), pre-weaning stage (30d), nursery stage (60d), pre-pubertal stage (90d), puberty (130d, 160d), young adulthood stage (10m), adulthood stage (24m), Middle-aged stage (35m) and reproductive ageing stages (46m, 50m), selected based on physiological milestones along with practical considerations in swine breeding.
